In an unparalleled location just a few minutes to the beach and slight elevation provides stunning panoramic view of the surrounding areas, and Kanarlli Fishing Harbor. The glass design boasts an open plan feel, perfect for families and friends. The clean lines of the house frame and capture the panoramic coastline views. The style is modern with a warm feel incorporating ceiling to floor windows, and wide open spaces with lots of light.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The design of Koutsoftides Architects was thought to embrace the surrounding environment, so that the owners can enjoy all the elements and the beauty of nature. The house is divided into two separate areas by inserting a patio and a swimming pool in the middle. The architects\u2019 focal point was the harbour of Pomos, which is now the main view of the house.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A large flat screen television with satellite TV, DVD player, CD player and stereo system. The living area is spacious, and beautifully designed with style and elegance. It includes a large comfortable sofa, chairs, a wooden coffee table and a flat screen wall mounted TV its perfect for relaxing inside enjoying the panoramic Sea views. You can also see the large swimming pool which runs centrally through the villa. Through the living space is the picturesque terrace running the full length of the villa. With unspoiled, unobstructed, panoramic views its a beautiful place to relax both during the day and at night. There is comfortable outdoor furniture including a sofa and chairs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The modern white gloss kitchen has a large island with sink, stools and a large preparation area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything required for family catering. At the first floor level, there are two double bedrooms each with there own bathroom, including both a shower, toilet, sink and Thai style mini bath. Both bathrooms also offer full length windowed doors that can open up to overlook the pool. Both of the bedrooms have access to a spacious garden terrace.
At the ground floor there is one double bedroom as well with there own bathroom, including shower, toilet and sink in a mediterranean open style<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The iconic swimming pool is 9m x 3m and boasts large walk-in steps. The grey lined pool runs through the center of the villa, with large open spaces on either side to relax after a day at the beach. There is also an outdoor BBQ<\/p>\n\n\n\n
